How do I order?
Choose and pay at the multilingual ticket machine first. Our staff will then guide you to a seat.
Is parking available?
Yes. There are 35 free parking spaces in front of and behind the restaurant. Large vehicles cannot be parked.
Which payments are accepted?
Major credit cards, electronic money and QR payments are accepted, including Alipay+, WeChat Pay and UnionPay QR.
Can I visit with children or a stroller?
Yes. Children and baby strollers are welcome. Children’s tableware is available.
How long do ultra-thick noodles take?
Black and Red Tsukemen usually take about 11–14 minutes to cook. White Tsukemen usually takes about 7–9 minutes.

Can I visit by bicycle?
Yes. Free bicycle parking is available beside the entrance. Stop for a meal during a ride around Gotemba or Mt. Fuji. The sign’s “one bowl / 60 min, Mt. Fuji size / 90 min” is a BYAKKO joke; parking is free.
Which dishes are spicy?
Red Tsukemen and Spicy Tonkotsu Miso Ramen are spicy. Most other noodle dishes are not spicy.
Can tsukemen be served with hot noodles?
Yes. You can choose chilled noodles or atsumori, which means the noodles are served warm.
Is language assistance available?
The ticket machine is multilingual. English assistance and limited Chinese assistance may be available depending on the time.
